Terms of Use

You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable law to create an OPX account or participate in services requiring contractual capacity.

Certain products, campaigns, financial opportunities or features may have additional age, jurisdiction, KYC, suitability, qualification or eligibility requirements.

OPX may refuse, restrict, suspend or discontinue access where required by applicable law, contractual requirements, internal risk controls or platform policies.

Users may access different parts of the OPX ecosystem through a common OPX identity (“OPX ID”).

Your OPX ID may connect your profile, participation, activity, rankings, points, rewards, qualifications and eligibility across different OPX services where applicable.

You are responsible for:

• •providing accurate and current information;
• •maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• •protecting access to your registered mobile number and email address; and
• •promptly informing OPX of any suspected unauthorised access.

You must not sell, transfer, share or permit another person to operate your OPX account unless expressly permitted by OPX.

OPX Trade

OPX Trade may provide virtual trading, trading simulations, skill assessments, competitions, rankings, Trader Scores, leaderboards, educational features and opportunities for qualifying participants.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, virtual capital provided through OPX Trade:

• •is not real money;
• •does not belong to the participant; and
• •cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash.

Virtual or simulated profits are not cash balances and do not create an entitlement to receive an equivalent amount of money.

Any prize, reward, capital-access opportunity, trader opportunity or other benefit is subject to separate eligibility requirements, performance criteria and applicable terms.

OPX Connect

OPX Connect enables users to create profiles, connect with people and businesses, publish requirements, discover opportunities, communicate, make introductions and participate in professional or community interactions.

OPX does not automatically endorse, verify or guarantee any user, business, offer, representation, transaction or opportunity appearing through OPX Connect.

Users are responsible for independently evaluating counterparties and opportunities before entering into any transaction, arrangement or relationship.

OPX Rewards

OPX Rewards may enable eligible users to earn points, rankings, recognition, benefits or rewards through qualifying participation, referrals, introductions, campaigns and other activities.

Unless expressly provided otherwise under specific applicable terms, OPX Points:

• •are not currency;
• •are not deposits;
• •are not securities or investment units;
• •do not represent ownership in OPX; and
• •do not have an inherent cash value merely because they appear in a user's account.

The availability and redemption of any benefit or reward is subject to the applicable programme or campaign terms.

OPX Wealth

OPX Wealth may provide information about, introduce or facilitate access to selected wealth-related products, structures and opportunities.

Availability may depend on the nature of the opportunity and applicable eligibility, jurisdiction, KYC, risk assessment, documentation and legal requirements.

Nothing appearing on the general OPX website constitutes a guarantee of returns or a representation that a particular opportunity is appropriate or suitable for every person.

Every wealth opportunity may be governed by separate definitive agreements, eligibility requirements, commercial terms and risk disclosures.

Users should review those documents carefully before making any financial commitment.

OPX may require identity verification, KYC, AML screening, tax information, bank verification or other documentation before providing access to particular features, financial opportunities, rewards, withdrawals or account functionality.

Users must provide truthful, complete and current information.

OPX may restrict or suspend access where information cannot be satisfactorily verified or where suspicious, fraudulent, unlawful or prohibited activity is identified.

You must not:

• •impersonate another person;
• •create fraudulent or unauthorised duplicate accounts;
• •manipulate competitions, rankings, points or referral systems;
• •use prohibited bots, scripts or automation;
• •provide false or misleading information;
• •engage in prohibited or manipulative trading practices;
• •misuse another person's identity or personal information;
• •publish unlawful, defamatory, abusive or infringing content;
• •attempt to compromise OPX systems, technology or security;
• •exploit errors or vulnerabilities for personal advantage; or
• •use the OPX Platform for any unlawful purpose.

OPX may conduct promotional campaigns, competitions, challenges and reward programmes.

Each campaign may be subject to separate Campaign Terms and campaign-specific rules.

Participation does not guarantee that a participant will receive any reward or prize.

Where OPX advertises a ₹1 Crore Prize Pool, unless expressly stated otherwise, ₹1 Crore represents the aggregate prize pool applicable to that campaign and does not mean that a single participant will receive ₹1 Crore.

OPX does not guarantee:

• •trading profits;
• •investment or wealth returns;
• •recovery of capital;
• •prizes or rewards;
• •capital access or allocation;
• •business opportunities;
• •successful introductions;
• •employment or trader engagement; or
• •any particular financial or commercial outcome.

Past, simulated, projected or hypothetical performance should not be regarded as a guarantee of future performance.

OPX may integrate with or provide access to third-party technology, payment services, KYC providers, data providers, financial institutions or external websites.

Third-party products and services may be governed by their own terms, policies and contractual arrangements.

OPX™, its logos, names, product identities, software, platform designs, content, Trader Scores, scoring methodologies and other intellectual property belong to OPX Investment Management LLP or their respective licensors, as applicable.

Accessing OPX does not transfer intellectual property rights to the user.

OPX may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

• •violation of these Terms;
• •fraud or suspected fraud;
• •manipulation or abuse;
• •legal or regulatory requirements;
• •security concerns; or
• •misuse of the OPX Platform.

OPX does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of its websites, applications or services.

Services may be interrupted because of maintenance, upgrades, third-party failures, internet disruptions, market conditions, cyber incidents, force majeure events or circumstances outside OPX's reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OPX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from the use of or inability to use the OPX Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

OPX may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to its services, business, technology, policies, legal obligations or regulatory requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to any mandatory legal rights or separate dispute-resolution provisions applicable to a particular product or agreement, disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
